Looking for a place t-hat suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids was not easy. It was last minute decision since our mothers wanted to tag along to our Phnom Penh trip. On my previous trip to the capital of Cambodia, I stayed in Boddhi Tree Ummah Hotel just accross Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum — is off the table due to its location.

I found some interesting hotels around Doun Penh before opting for VMansion. The rating in both Trip Advisor and Booking.com are above 90. I booked a family room that fit 4 adults.
Since we had so many luggage (we were moving from Kuala Lumpur to Jogjakarta) a taxi would not fit and the hotel recommended a minivan for our airport pick up. They arranged everything accordingly.
VMansion is a small hotel with small pool. Hanging plants around the garden and restaurant make it homey. As an urban farmer I liked it already.
The staff were friendly, the check in was easy. The, I think GM, greeted us. We had the room at the second floor that quite spacious. There were twins bed and a double bed. We even were offered a crib for Ola but we say no. The room smells lemongrass. Clean and cozy.
The staff helped us carrying the luggage to the room. They are always available even before we asked.
